We understand that the value of natural stone lies not only in its beauty but also in its condition upon delivery. Whether we are exporting marble for a luxury villa in Dubai, basalt paving for a public square in Europe, or sandstone walling for a resort project in Australia, safe packaging is non-negotiable.
Delivering Natural Stone Safely From Our Facility to Your Project Site
Thorough Pre-Packaging Inspection
Every single stone item — be it a tile, slab, sculpture, or article — undergoes an initial inspection for structural integrity, finish consistency, and dimensional accuracy. Only defect-free products proceed to the packaging stage, ensuring that only top-grade stones leave our unit.
Stone Cleaning for Surface Preservation
Before packing, all stone surfaces are carefully cleaned using compressed air, soft brushes, or cloth wipes. This ensures the removal of any dirt, dust, or residue that might damage the stone’s finish or affect the packaging material.
Moisture Barrier Wrapping
Moisture is one of the biggest threats during sea or monsoon transit. To combat this, we wrap each stone in moisture-resistant plastic film, bubble wrap, or shrink wrap, forming a complete barrier against humidity, condensation, and water exposure.
Padding and Cushioning
We use foam sheets, corrugated paper, or thermocol between individual stones or layers to ensure no two surfaces touch directly. This prevents friction, shock impact, corner breakage, and edge chipping — especially important for high-polish and delicate finishes.
Heavy-Duty Wooden Crates
Our crates are built from kiln-dried, chemically treated wood and meet ISPM-15 international shipping standards. Each crate is custom-designed based on the size, shape, and weight of the contents, ensuring structural integrity and optimized space usage during transport.
Crates are reinforced with crossbars, internal separators, and bracing beams, allowing us to handle heavy materials while avoiding pressure points that could cause damage.
Tight Metal Strapping
After loading the stones into crates, they are bound with galvanized iron or nylon straps for added strength. These straps secure the stones in place and prevent shifting inside the crates during handling or long hauls.
Proper Labeling and Identification
Each crate is labeled with:
Product description
Handling instructions (“This Side Up”, “Fragile”, “Keep Dry”)
Destination details
Weight and quantity
HS codes (if applicable)
This reduces the risk of mishandling and facilitates smooth customs processing and on-site unpacking.
Precision Loading into Containers
With the help of forklifts and cranes, our team loads each crate with great care into trucks or shipping containers. We avoid overstacking and ensure strategic placement for balanced weight distribution, reducing the risk of collapse or sliding during transport.
Container Securing and Stabilization
Inside the vehicle, crates are further secured with industrial-grade belts, wedge blocks, and support panels. These reinforcements ensure that even on bumpy roads or rough sea conditions, the crates remain fixed and undamaged.
Final Inspection & Shipping Documentation
A final round of checks is conducted before dispatch. We inspect every crate for:
Proper sealing
Moisture protection
Load stability
Label accuracy
Once approved, we generate and attach all necessary export documents,
This ensures your shipment meets all global compliance requirements.
