Refund and Returns Policy

Ensuring Your Satisfaction with Every Shipment

At Jai Mata Dico, we take great care to ensure that every product is manufactured, inspected, and packed with precision. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our approach to handling such cases fairly and transparently.

Eligibility for Returns

Since we deal in natural stone products that are heavy, customized, and often exported internationally, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The item delivered is not as per the confirmed order/specifications

  • There is a major manufacturing defect clearly visible and verified upon delivery

To be eligible, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the shipment, along with photos or videos as evidence.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Minor color or texture variations common in natural stone

  • Custom-made or special size orders

  • Delayed notifications (after 3 days of delivery)

  • Improper storage/handling at the buyer’s end

Natural variation is a hallmark of genuine stone, and minor differences are expected and celebrated.

Refund or Replacement Process

If your return request is approved:

  • A replacement will be arranged for the affected items in the next shipment

  • In select cases, a partial refund or credit note may be issued

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer within 7–10 business days
