Eligibility for Returns
Since we deal in natural stone products that are heavy, customized, and often exported internationally, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
The item delivered is not as per the confirmed order/specifications
To be eligible, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the shipment, along with photos or videos as evidence.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Minor color or texture variations common in natural stone
Custom-made or special size orders
Delayed notifications (after 3 days of delivery)
Improper storage/handling at the buyer’s end
Natural variation is a hallmark of genuine stone, and minor differences are expected and celebrated.
Refund or Replacement Process
If your return request is approved:
A replacement will be arranged for the affected items in the next shipment
In select cases, a partial refund or credit note may be issued
Refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer within 7–10 business days
